Weston, MA - A 25-year-old East Boston man died after crashing into a Mass. Pike toll booth at the Rte. 128 exchange at 2:12 a.m. yesterday, state police said.  Kunal G. Motwane was driving a 2007 Volkswagen Passat in Waltham and didn’t stop when Waltham Police attempted to pull him over on Rte. 128 South, according to a preliminary investigation by state Trooper Francis McGrail.

Shortly after the attempted stop, Waltham Police found Motwane’s Volkswagen, which had crashed into an unoccupied Mass. Pike tollbooth in the Exit 14 plaza in Weston. No other cars or people were involved in the crash, police said.  Neither McGrail nor the Waltham Police have specified why Waltham Police were trying to stop Motwane.

99% chance he was being chased by Libyans.
